2012: The Year That Was … And What’s To Come?

Dear friends, When you reflect on 2012, what words come to your mind? I think the best words for me would be energy, blessings and grateful. Throughout this past year I completed one and a half marathons, created an organic vegetable/herb garden, maintained regular postings to my blog site as well as implemented new technology and marketing systems to help my clients sell their properties better and find the best value for their purchasing dollars. As I look back, I’m profoundly aware of how grateful I am for the blessing you are in my life. Thank you so much for helping me to continue working...

Carpe Diem!

Dear friends, I hope 2012 has begun beautifully for you. The Toronto Real Estate market has remained fast paced for the start of this year with almost a nine percent increase over January, 2011. Low inventory levels have kept competition between buyers strong, resulting in a strong price growth over last year. A better supplied market should result in a slower rate of price growth, especially in the second half of 2012, which would be a welcome change to those wishing to buy this year. Mortgage rates, particularly short term and variable mortgage rates, are expected to remain at historically low...

Hi there, Just a quick note to let you know that for the second year in a row, I’ve taking painting classes around the Christmas holidays. I’ve attached a picture of my painting. Initially, I took the classes to discover whether or not I had a creative side, but these classes have not only helped me find that, but I also see the world differently now. It’s much more colourful and diverse now in my eyes. Quite amazing how simple art classes can do that. I encourage you to seek out your creative side and, if you have already done that, I’d love to hear your experiences. Have...

My hands don’t have much strength in them anymore.” She cast her blue eyes to the ground in frustration. “I’d be honoured to fill your tank for you!” The man’s Texas accent was gentle and he gave her a little wink. “By the way, I love your British...
